Delivery

Delivery charge to UK Mainland or the Isle of Wight - £4.95, no matter how many items are purchased.

The order will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment (most are actually dispatched within 24 hours), unless we have informed you that we do not accept your order. If stock is unavailable then we will contact you to advise.

We currently do not deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, BFPO addresses, Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland. We are in negotiation with our carriers for rates to these areas.

All goods will be sent recorded delivery to the address on the order and must be signed for by an adult over 18 years on delivery.

If the first delivery is unsuccessful a card will be left and it is your responsibility to contact the carriers to arrange redelivery/collection.

Small items will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery, as such delivery times will be subject to Royal Mail and Goodyears Outdoors cannot be held liable for any delay due to the Royal Mail.

The majority of items will be sent via City Link and should be delivered by 17:30pm the day after dispatch to UK Mainland addresses, Goodyears Outdoors cannot be held responsible for any delay due to City Link.

Damage in transit, shortages, incorrect goods or non-delivery

From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.

Time Limitation for Notification of Claims

Damage in transit: If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 2 days from delivery.

Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 2 days from delivery.

Incorrect Goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 2 days from delivery.
Non-Deliveries: We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 7 days from the expected delivery date.
