How do I place an order?
Orders can be place via this website or by telephone (01983 861212 between 9.30am – 5.00pm, Monday to Saturday). If contacting us by telephone you may be asked for a contact number we can ring back during busy periods.
How can I pay for my order?
You may pay for your order via this website using a credit or debit card (payments are processed securely by PROTX and we do not see your credit/debit card details), via credit card over the telephone or by postal order.
What are the delivery charges?
Postage and packing is charged at a flat rate of £4.95 for the Mainland and the Isle of Wight. The charge remains the same regardless of the number of items on the order.
We currently do not deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, BFPO addresses, Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland. We hope to be able to include these addresses at a date in the near future when we have negotiated a rate with our carriers.
When can I expect delivery of my order?
Orders should be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of cleared payment, most are dispatched within 24 hours. Small orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail first class delivery, most items will be dispatched using Citylink Nextday delivery. Your order should be received within 3-5 days.
What do I do if I need to return the item?
